3. Scheduling and Delivery
3.1 Professional Services
Scheduling is arranged after confirmation of order. Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 7 calendar days before the agreed start date.
3.2 Information Products
Digital items are accessible immediately after successful payment.
3.3 Goods
Physical items are shipped to the specified address within the timeframe indicated during checkout.
4. Refund Policy
We strive to maintain high satisfaction. Below is our policy for each type of offering:
4.1 Services
If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date of a service, you may receive a full refund of any fees paid. If cancellation is received between 6 and 2 calendar days before the start date, a refund of 50% of the fees may be available. No fee may be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date due to resource planning commitments. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule within 30 days of the original date without additional charges.
4.2 Information Products
Because digital materials are delivered instantly, requests for a full refund must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and before downloading or accessing the content. To submit a request, please use our contact form. After access has been granted, no refund is possible.
4.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping back the items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process a refund of the item fee, less any shipping and handling costs.
